FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 26, 2026) — Personnel Specialist Seaman Prince Chukwu, assigned to Transaction Service Center Yokosuka, right, poses for a photo after receiving a naturalization certificate during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization ceremony hosted by Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Western Pacific (WESTPAC), at Fleet Activities Yokosuka's Community Readiness Center. USCIS and RLSO WESTPAC collaborated to conduct the naturalization ceremony at CFAY, allowing Sailors and civilians to become U.S. citizens.
