FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 26, 2026) — Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Joshua Talam, assigned to Naval Air Facility Atsugi, right, poses for a photo after receiving a naturalization certificate during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization ceremony hosted by Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Western Pacific (WESTPAC), at Fleet Activities Yokosuka's Community Readiness Center. USCIS and RLSO WESTPAC collaborated to conduct the naturalization ceremony at CFAY, allowing Sailors and civilians to become U.S. citizens.
