    The newly unveiled Buffalo Soldiers Monument stands on display following an official dedication ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park and Museum in Tampa, Florida, Aug. 29, 2026. Designed by retired U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. Tim Lawn and architect John Kidwell of Hepner Architects, the monument honors Spanish-American War Medal of Honor recipient Sgt. William H.
