    Observer Coach/Trainers (OC/Ts) are the Army’s premier master trainers, professionals who sharpen the Nation’s warfighting advantage to a razor’s edge. Their work ensures that Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers embody precision, lethality, discipline, and a warrior mindset. The Gen. John J.
