Tentara Nasional Indonesia–Angkatan Darat (TNI-AD) soldiers practice rapidly emplacing an 81mm mortar during Exercise Ksatria Warrior 2026 (KW26) at Baturaja Combat Training Center, Indonesia, Aug. 18, 2026. KW26 is the second iteration of the bilateral Army-to-Army military exercise between U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and TNI-AD forces. Operation is focused on building long-lasting partnerships, expanding bilateral interoperability, and increasing unit readiness. During the training event, TNI-AD soldiers successfully moved and emplaced the 81mm mortar system in 41 seconds while rehearsing rapid deployment procedures.
