U.S. Army Reserve Soldier assigned to the 100th Battalion, 442nd Infantry Regiment, records information regarding the weight, effective range and capabilities of an 81mm mortar while participating in a knowledge exchange with Tentara Nasional Indonesia–Angkatan Darat (TNI-AD) soldiers during Exercise Ksatria Warrior 2026 (KW26) at Baturaja Combat Training Center, Indonesia, Aug. 18, 2026. KW26 is the second iteration of the bilateral Army-to-Army military exercise between U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and TNI-AD forces. Operation is focused on building long-lasting partnerships, expanding bilateral interoperability, and increasing unit readiness. The exchange allows both forces to compare equipment and procedures while strengthening operational understanding.
