    Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat

    Clifton Boyd (left), Project Manager Force Projection (PM Force Projection), presents the Meritorious Civilian Service Medal to Johnny Figueroa, outgoing Product Director Virtual Training Systems (PdD VTS), during a relinquishment and change of charter ceremony for PdD VTS in Orlando, Florida, on Aug. 14, 2026. Figueroa served as PdD VTS from August 2023 to July 2026 under Project Manager Training Devices (PM TRADE), Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat (CPE ST3). During the ceremony, operational control of PdD VTS was transferred from PM TRADE to PM Force Projection under Capability Program Executive Combat Sustainment.
