    Two small unmanned aircrafts release simulated munitions over the demonstration area during Exercise Baltic Trust 2026 at Jaunzemi, Latvia, Aug. 13, 2026. The pair flew in a coordinated drop profile that replicated the way low-cost commercial airframes have been adapted to carry and deliver ordnance. Scenarios built around that threat let participating nations rehearse detecting and defeating multiple small aircrafts operating together rather than a single target.
