U.S. Army Reserve Pfc. Rhegan Farnsworth, of 100th Battalion, 442nd Infantry Regiment, simulates being a casualty that is loaded onto sled carry to Tentara Nasional Indonesia–Angkatan Darat (TNI-AD) soldiers as part of interoperability exchange during Live Training Exercise (LTX) of Exercise Ksatria Warrior 2026 (KW26) at Baturaja Combat Training Center, Indonesia, Aug. 16. KW26 is the second iteration of the bilateral Army-to-Army military exercise between U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and TNI-AD, the Indonesian Army. Casualty evacuation drills allow partner forces to rehearse the rapid movement of injured personnel from hostile environments while improving interoperability through shared medical training.
