Leonardo Gonzales to Tentara Nasional Indonesia–Angkatan Darat (TNI-AD) soldiers as part of interoperability exchange during Live Training Exercise (LTX) of Exercise Ksatria Warrior 2026 (KW26) at Baturaja Combat Training Center, Indonesia, Aug. 16. KW26 is the second iteration of the bilateral Army-to-Army military exercise between U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and TNI-AD forces. Chest seals are used to treat open chest wounds by preventing air from entering the chest cavity, allowing U.S. Army Soldiers to exchange lifesaving combat casualty care techniques with TNI-AD.
