In the open-air shelters, crews clean and dry emergence screen trays at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) New World Screwworm (NWS) Dispersal Facility at Moore Air Base in Edinburg, Texas, on July 2, 2026.
