Eileen Holmes is a program analyst for NOTU’s Strategic Weapons Systems Ashore. She’s originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, though she currently lives in Orlando. Holmes has been with NOTU for about six and half years, first as a contractor, but now as a Navy civilian employee. At SWSA, she manages the programs financial obligations.
Holmes was selected as the Civilian of the Quarter, 2nd Quarter, in part because of her “superior performance as the command’s coordinator” for the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station’s Family Day event; an event that brought an estimated 6,000 visitors to see SWSA.
Holmes says when she’s not working or volunteering, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time at the beach, and cooking.
