U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) fire M4 carbines and SIG Sauer MCX-Rattler LTs while conducting weapons reinforcement drills at night during a special reconnaissance program of instruction (POI) at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, July 29, 2026. The POI developed reconnaissance skills to improve situational awareness and support operational decision-making.
