SAN DIEGO (Aug. 11, 2026) – A Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) employee signs a ceremonial steel beam during the structural steel topping out and beam-signing ceremony for the new Branch Health Clinic at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego, Aug. 11. The event marked a major construction milestone for the state-of-the-art facility, which is progressing ahead of schedule through the collaborative efforts of NMCSD, NAVFAC, the Defense Health Agency (DHA), and RQ-DPR Construction to support the medical readiness of recruits, Marines, and Sailors.
