Bailey, director of Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), signs the ceremonial structural steel beam during the topping out and beam-signing ceremony for the new Branch Health Clinic at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego, Aug. 11. The traditional ceremony marked a major milestone in the construction of the state-of-the-art medical facility, which is currently progressing ahead of schedule to deliver world-class healthcare and support the medical readiness of recruits, Marines, and Sailors.
