Charlie Masange, Director of the Morobe Provincial Disaster Centre, makes way to deliver a speech for the opening of the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DMHA) Field Training Exercise, Aug. 11, 2026 Lae, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea.
