Members of the Papua New Guinea (PNG) National Disaster Centre, PNG Port of Lae, provincial disaster offices, U.S. and international disaster response organizations, government agencies, nongovernmental organizations and international organizations pose for a group photo during the opening of the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DMHA) Field Training Exercise, Aug. 11, 2026, Lae, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea.
