A U.S. Army soldier identified by name tape as 'WHITING' is seated at a formal dining table alongside a civilian woman wearing a lanyard/badge. The setting appears to be an official military dining event or meeting, likely involving multinational participants given the visible camouflage uniform of another individual across the table. The table is set with a red tablecloth, glassware, and place settings consistent with a formal luncheon or dinner engagement.
