A U.S. Army soldier identified by name tape as 'HUGGINS' is seated at a formal dining table with red tablecloth, engaged in conversation with personnel wearing what appear to be Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force camouflage uniforms. A civilian woman in a black jacket is seated nearby, appearing to take notes. The setting suggests a formal military liaison or bilateral meeting meal.
