A formal military meeting or luncheon is taking place at a long rectangular table covered with a red tablecloth and white skirting. Personnel in U.S. Army camouflage uniforms (OCP pattern) are seated on the left side, facing personnel in what appears to be Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force camouflage uniforms on the right side. The setting suggests a bilateral military exchange or liaison meeting in a conference or banquet room.
