    U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Steven Parfitt, officer in charge of Bioenvironmental Engineering assigned to the 127th Medical Group, applies a tourniquet during Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Level II training at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan, Aug. 2, 2026.
