The Fort Drum community celebrated the grand opening of the Belvedere Bistro, the Army’s third Campus-Style Dining Venue (CSDV), during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 30, 2026. In the days leading up to its opening, Soldiers from across the 10th Mountain Division (LI) had opportunities to dine at the Bistro during a three-day soft opening, as senior leaders toured the venue to learn more about this Army Food Program modernization initiative.
