    Lt Col Khaled Shahjahan, Commanding Officer, 75th Field Ambulance explains the process of performing a needle chest decompression to U.S. Soldiers and Bangladesh soldiers assigned to the 1st Parachute Commando Battalion during training for Exercise Tiger Lightning 2026 on July 23, 2026. The training was conducted by subject matter experts from 807th Theater Medical Command and was designed to ensure partners from both nations are able to keep casualties breathing in combat. Tiger Lightning is an annual U.S. / Bangladesh bilateral exercise to support the USARPAC Theater Army Campaign Plan (TCAP) and security cooperation plan objectives to enhance professional relationships, military operations, readiness, and interoperability between U.S. and Bangladesh Army formations.
