Soldiers assigned to the 1065th Medical Company (Area Support), 191st Regional Support Group, provide medical care to a simulated casualty by initiating intravenous fluid treatment during an integrated Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training lane at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, Puerto Rico, July 2026. The exercise tested Soldiers’ ability to assess, stabilize and treat casualties while coordinating medical response procedures in a realistic field environment. The training enhanced the unit’s readiness to provide timely medical support during tactical operations.
