Soldiers assigned to the 1065th Medical Company (Area Support), 191st Regional Support Group, conduct an integrated training lane combining tactical movement, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and 9-Line MEDEVAC request procedures during Annual Training at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, Puerto Rico, July 2026. The team-level exercise replicated realistic combat casualty response conditions by requiring Soldiers to assess simulated injuries, provide medical care, and coordinate casualty evacuation procedures. The training enhanced the unit’s ability to deliver battlefield medical support and strengthened readiness to support combat operations.
