Soldiers assigned to the 1065th Medical Company (Area Support), 191st Regional Support Group, receive an operational briefing prior to conducting tactical squad movement training during Annual Training at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, Puerto Rico, July 2026. The briefing provided Soldiers with mission objectives, movement techniques, safety considerations and coordination requirements before executing the training lane. The event integrated tactical movement, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and 9-Line MEDEVAC request procedures, preparing Soldiers to respond effectively to medical emergencies while operating in a realistic field environment.
