Post-Super Typhoons Sinlaku and Bavi, Rota, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Island suffered significant damage, with power being down for almost a week. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Temporary Power Team, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), contractors and other agencies have coordinated to ship generators to the island to restore essential power for life support functions after the devastation post- Super Typhoons Sinlaku and Bavi.
