NEW YORK HARBOR, New York - The Peruvian tallship BAP Unión sails in the International Naval Review 250 (INR250) Parade of Sail in New York, July 4, 2026. Commissioned in 2016, this 378-foot, four-masted barque serves as a "floating embassy" and training ship operated by a crew of approximately 250 Peruvian Navy officers and cadets. For 250 years, the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps stood the watch – constant, unabated in mission, faithfully preventing crisis and resolute in defending America’s independence.
