KINGSLAND, Ga. Members of the Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) STEM Team hosted the event, which began with a During the demonstration, team members highlighted real-world applications of robotics, comparing household cleaning robots to advanced U.S. Navy technologies, including airborne drones and Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs). SWFLANT is one of two sites responsible for the Navy’s strategic assets. Its mission is to deliver safe, secure and effective sea-based strategic deterrence to Ohio-class ballistic missile submarines.
