    HAGÅTNA, Guam (July 2, 2026) - U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Brett Mietus, commander, Joint Region Marianas, far right, joins newly naturalized U.S. citizens for a group photo following a naturalization ceremony at the District Court of Guam in Hagåtña, July 2.

    Thirty-five new citizens from countries including the Philippines, China, Senegal, and Palau recited the Oath of Allegiance at the Hagåtna courthouse.
