    HAGÅTNA, Guam (July 2, 2026) - Thirty-five new citizens from countries including the Philippines, China, Senegal, and Palau recited the Oath of Allegiance during a naturalization ceremony at the District Court of Guam in Hagåtna, July 2.

    U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Brett Mietus, commander, Joint Region Marianas, participated as the guest speaker and shared remarks with family, friends and community members to welcome the nation's newest citizens.
