HAGÅTNA, Guam (July 2, 2026) - U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Brett Mietus, commander, Joint Region Marianas, shares remarks with family, friends and community members to welcome the nation's newest citizens, during a naturalization ceremony at the District Court of Guam in Hagåtna, July 2.
Thirty-five new citizens from countries including the Philippines, China, Senegal, and Palau recited the Oath of Allegiance at the Hagåtna courthouse.
