NEW YORK (July 6, 2026) – U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Doug Perry, right, commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet, is welcomed aboard German Navy Sachsen-class air-defense frigate FGS Sachsen (F 219) by German Navy Frigate Capt. Wolfgang Eckmüller, commanding officer of FGS Sachsen, and Royal Navy Commodore Maryla Ingham, commander of Standing NATO Maritime Group 1, for a reception aboard the ship during International Naval Review (INR) 250 in New York, July 6, 2026. For 250 years, our Navy and Marine Corps stood the watch – constant, unabated in mission, faithfully preventing crisis and resolute in defending America’s independence.
