Doug Perry, commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet, is welcomed aboard the German Navy Sachsen-class air-defense frigate FGS Sachsen (F 219) by Royal Navy Commodore Maryla Ingham, Commander of Standing NATO Maritime Group 1, for a reception celebrating International Naval Review (INR) 250 in New York, July 6, 2026. For 250 years, our Navy and Marine Corps stood the watch – constant, unabated in mission, faithfully preventing crisis and resolute in defending America’s independence.
