Steve Pack holds an "I Got Caught!" certificate and a waterproof dry bag after being recognized by Hannah Sue Hulpke, park ranger, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, for wearing a properly fitted life jacket while kayaking at Eufaula Lake near Eufaula, Oklahoma. Through this program, USACE rangers reward boaters and paddlers who practice safe boating by wearing their life jackets. The initiative promotes water safety and encourages visitors to make wearing a life jacket a habit while enjoying USACE lakes and waterways.

Tulsa District USACE manages 38 projects across Oklahoma, southern Kansas and northern Texas with 275 USACE managed recreation areas and 235 USACE managed boat ramps. (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers photo by Hannah Sue Hulpke)
