A boater holds a waterproof dry bag after being recognized by Hannah Sue Hulpke, park ranger, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, for wearing a properly fitted life jacket while boating at Eufaula Lake near Eufaula, Oklahoma. Through this program, USACE rangers reward boaters and paddlers who practice safe boating by wearing their life jackets. The initiative promotes water safety and encourages visitors to make wearing a life jacket a habit while enjoying USACE lakes and waterways.
