With the design and construction phases completed, the next step for a $130 million project is to outfit the three eight-story Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) towers with furniture, security locks and other furnishings. Samuel L. Brooks, Chief, Housing Division, Directorate of Public Works, said, “While the construction is finished, our housing team is busy behind the scenes getting every room fully furnished and move-in ready.” The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Far East District turned over the UEPH project to U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys July [DATE], 2026. Four more towers are scheduled for completion this fall. (U.S. Army photo by Rachel Napolitan)
