A military CH-47 Chinook helicopter is performing a sling-load operation, carrying a suspended cargo container or equipment package beneath its fuselage. The helicopter is flying near a multi-story concrete building with red-trimmed balconies, which appears to be a watchtower or administrative structure in a remote or semi-arid location. The overcast sky and surrounding terrain suggest a mountainous or elevated operational environment.
