(Feb. 24, 2026) -- Ethaniel Hiller, rigger, Code 740, Riggers, guides a crane with hand signals while it loads the ex-Norfolk (SSN 714) sail onto a flatbed truck, Feb. 24, 2026, at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility in Bremerton, Washington. The sail and fairwater planes from the ex-Norfolk were loaded onto long-haul trucks at PSNS & IMF for transportation to the submarine's namesake city of Norfolk, Virginia, where they will be refurbished and put on public display.
