Soldiers, family members, civilian teammates and distinguished guests gather for the 412th Theater Engineer Command change of command ceremony at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, June 6, 2026. During the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Matthew S. Warne relinquished command of the 412th TEC to Maj. Gen. Kent J.
