Isaac Bostrom, a Power Production Specialist and Office of Defense Cooperation noncommissioned officer at U.S. Embassy Montenegro, receives the 2026 Noncommissioned Officer Outstanding Airman of the Year award at Joint Force Headquarters in Augusta, Maine, June 7th, 2026. A 16-year veteran, Bostrom is recognized for his leadership of the U.S. Embassy Montenegro security cooperation team and for earning the Joint Service Commendation Medal from the United States European Command.
