U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Thomas F. Noble, a Radio Frequency Transmissions Systems Technician with the 265th Combat Communications Squadron, receives the 2026 Outstanding Airman of the Year award at Joint Force Headquarters in August, Maine, June 7th, 2026. While attached to the 577th Software Engineering Squadron, Noble supported the Global Aircrew Strategic Network Terminal program, earned a superior performer designation during a Foundational Readiness Inspection, and forged critical high-frequency communication links during several strategic-level exercises.
