NAVAL SUBMARINE BASE KINGS BAY, Ga. —(May 19, 2026) Medal of Honor recipient Robert R. Ingram talks to Lt. Col. Joseph Moeller, commanding officer of Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBn) Kings Bay, prior to a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Warfare Insignia pinning ceremony held at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Ga., May 19.
