NAVAL SUBMARINE BASE KINGS BAY, Ga. — (May 19, 2026) Sailors and Marines salute Medal of Honor recipient Robert R. Ingram as he arrives at Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBn) Kings Bay, for a pinning ceremony held at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Ga., May 19. Ingram pinned Senior Chief Master-at-Arms Cruz Cline, with his Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Warfare Insignia. Ingram also earned the prestigious FMF pin during his service as a Navy Hospital Corpsman. His participation showcases a legacy of valor and the unbreakable bond of the Navy-Marine Corps team. The FMF Warfare Insignia signifies that a Sailor has achieved a required level of excellence and proficiency, with an enhanced comprehension of Marine Corps warfighting, mission effectiveness, and command survivability. MCSFBn serves as the security force that ensures the protection of strategic assets within the Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) area of responsibility.
