A senior non-commissioned officer wearing a campaign cover (drill instructor hat) stands before a large formation of Marines in MARPAT camouflage uniforms on a parade deck or drill field. The NCO appears to be reading from a document while addressing the assembled troops, who are standing at attention in organized rows. The setting appears to be a U.S. Marine Corps base, likely during a formation, muster, or ceremony.
