Lucinda (Cindy) Lenger is inducted into U.S. Army Ordnance Corps 2026 Hall of Fame in a ceremony May 15 at the Ordnance Training Support Facility at Fort Lee, Va. Lenger is recognized for her 32 years of dedicated service managing and distributing munitions for the Army and joint forces. Lenger's expertise was instrumental in developing and implementing the Centralized Ammunition Management system, revolutionizing ammunition logistics across the Army and enhancing support to joint agencies.
