Adm. Samuel J. Paparo, commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, and Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr., chief of staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, unveiled the signage inside the new AFP-USINDOPACOM Blood Donor Program Center at Victoriano Luna Medical Center, Armed Forces of the Philippines Health Service Command. The center strengthens the AFP’s self-sustaining blood supply capability through U.S.-supported facility upgrades, equipment modernization, and specialized training. USINDOPACOM is committed to enhancing stability in the Indo-Pacific region by promoting security cooperation, encouraging peaceful development, responding to contingencies, deterring aggression, and when necessary, prevailing in conflict.
