SAN DIEGO (April 29, 2026) – Capt. Jodi Phillips, Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) director of resource management, congratulates Brittany Fuller, a psychiatric certified nursing assistant, after Fuller received a tentative job offer at a civilian hiring event held at Laurus College.
