U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. Jason Santiago, incoming commander, Headquarters Company, III
Marine Support Battalion (MSB), III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), stands at attention
during his change of command ceremony at Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, April 14, 2026.
The ceremony marked the transfer of authority from Gallegos to Santiago. III MSB is a key part
