(April 2, 2026) Sailors assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) stand in formation during a change of command ceremony held at Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 4, Virginia Beach, Va., April 2, 2026. O’Brien, the 28th commanding officer aboard Wasp, was relieved by Valenzuela in a traditional Navy change of command ceremony.
